Tính năng:

- Dùng kéo cột sống lưng và đốt sống cổ trong các trường hợp có chỉ định của Bác Sỹ: Thoát vị đĩa đệm, thoái hóa cột sống, gai cột sống gây chèn ép thần kinh ... Đau cơ cấp ( vẹo cổ, vẹo lưng ) ... Vẹo cột sống, cùng hóa, thắt lưng hóa, hẹp lỗ liên hợp ...

- Đối với bệnh thoái hóa đốt sống lưng hay còn gọi là thoát vị đĩa đệm nó gây ra sự đau nhức âm ỉ, khó chịu, sức khỏe suy sụp do mất ăn, ngủ không ngon. Cách sử dụng giường kéo giãn cột sống

- Khi kéo bạn cảm thấy hơi rát nơi phần cơ lưng thì tức là bạn đã kéo quá sức. Hãy điểu chỉnh lực kéo khi bạn cảm thấy phần cơ hông và lưng căng dưới sức tức và rát là đúng.

- Bạn có thể lặp đi lặp lại cách kéo trong vòng từ 15 đến 20 phút là bài tập kéo đã xong. Nên kéo 2 lần mỗi ngày.

- Khi làm xong bạn nên nằm xuống và thư giãn 15 phút giúp máu huyết lưu thông bình thường, hệ xương và dây thần kinh hồi phục trở lại.

- Tránh trường hợp kéo xong rồi đứng lên đi lại.

Chống chỉ định kéo giãn cột sống:

Không phải ai cũng thích hợp với biện pháp này, tiêu biểu là:

- Phụ nữ có thai

- Có cầu xương giữa các đốt sống

- Bệnh nhân trải qua phẫu thuật

- Người bị gãy xương, loãng xương

- Hẹp ống sống

- Nhiễm trùng cột sống

- Có khối u cột sống

- Viêm cột sống dính khớp

- Bệnh nhân sử dụng thuốc làm loãng máu

- Các bệnh nhân có cảm giác thấy căng ở cột sống nhưng không bị đau có thể sử dụng giường kéo giãn cột sống. Ngược lại, bất kỳ bệnh nhân nào có cảm giác đau trong và sau quá trình kéo giãn thì nên ngừng sử dụng biện pháp này.
